I've been studying people, how we think, how we relate and how we navigate life for most of my life.

It's not always been easy, but this program is my way of helping you avoid some of the pitfalls, and fast-track some of your growth using lessons from my own and my client's experiences.

The line between who I am and what I do has almost disappeared.

I think I'm pretty well-rounded between academics and real-life experience. I've been an ICF Professionally Certified Coach for almost 20 years. I completed a Masters degree in Leadership and I have more certifications than I can remember to list here.

Plus I've had what feels like many lifetimes of experience in this one. I've lived in Vancouver, Toronto, San Francisco and Calgary. I've traveled the globe.

I'm the owner and founder of Citrus Coaching, the parent company of Citrus U, and I've worked with clients and organizations globally and locally.
